During this interactive session we will be joined by Alistair Hall, Global Head of Marketing Operations for Aberdeen Standard Investments and Johan Cras, UK Managing Director of Kempen (Fiduciary Management) who will share their personal and professional insights and experiences of executive coaching.

Carole Ritchie, Head of HR for law firm Shepherd and Wedderburn will then explain her motivation for hiring coaches to support organisational growth, highlighting the pitfalls as well as the positives. Carole will be joined by Ed Cochrane, Director and Head of Edinburgh for YSC (Consulting) who will provide a perspective on current people themes faced by organisations and the evolving role of coaching.

The session will be rounded off by Katherine Tulpa, President of the Association for Coaching and Executive Director of ‘Wisdom 8’, who will engage delegates with an overview and stimulating discussion on the future of coaching.
